The Deputy Chief Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa conducted a surprise check at the Punjab Police Headquarters in Sector-9, Chandigarh, on Friday morning, October 1.
He reached the headquarters at 9 AM and checked if the employees had reached on time. Randhawa said that Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi had ordered government employees to reach the offices on time ensuring that people face no hassles.
Further, the Deputy Chief Minister said that the motive behind this surprise check was to give better, efficient and citizen-centric services to the people.
