Three Omicron cases have also been reported in Ludhiana
The number of coronavirus cases in Ludhiana is continuously increasing. Today, in Ludhiana, 229 new coronavirus cases have been reported. Out of those, 203 belonged to the Ludhiana district and 26 belonged to other districts and states.
32 people are those who came in contact with infected people and 11 health care workers have been reported positive for coronavirus in Ludhiana. One case has also been reported by the Punjab Police. Three international travellers (1 from London, 1 from Canada, 1 from the UK) have also tested positive in Ludhiana.
Today, two deaths have also been reported in Ludhiana. One belongs to Barnala and the other belongs to Faridkot.
The number of active coronavirus cases in Ludhiana has reached 490. Out of those, 468 have been home isolated. 2 patients have been kept in the government facility and 20 are admitted to private hospitals in Ludhiana.
