Some people in Chandigarh found a unique way to protest against the rising fuel prices. A weird incident was witnessed in Chandigarh where people visited banks to deposit gas cylinders and petrol as “assets” and valuables. The incident happened on Thursday, October 22.
They were also holding several slogans against the Central government and Narendra Modi. Some posters read, “Modi Ji’s development’s rate Petrol crosses Rs. 100!” On some posters, it was written, “Mehngai Kam Karo Ya Gaddi chordho” (Reduce inflation or leave your throne).
