Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 24. This will be Bhagwant Mann’s first meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi after taking the oath as the Chief Minister of Punjab.
Other than Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bhagwant Mann is also likely to meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Bhagwant Mann took the oath as Chief Minister on March 16. He took the oath in the ancestral village of freedom fighter Bhagat Singh- Khatkar Kalan.
When Bhagwant Mann took oath as the Chief Minister, Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated him.
Today, Bhagwant Mann took to Twitter and wrote that After taking over as CM of Punjab, he had sought time from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Ministry for a courtesy call and discuss the issues of Punjab. In just a week, Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab has taken some major decisions. Of the total 117 seats in Punjab, Aam Aadmi Party won 92 seats. The former ruling party Congress only received only 18 seats.
