BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa visited Ludhiana today to meet the family of Deep Sidhu, who died in a road accident a few days ago.
On his visit and meeting with Deep Sidhu’s family, Manjinder Singh Sirsa said that PM Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and the BJP President JP Nadda want to solve several pending issues of the Sikh community.
Sirsa said that in the last meeting with several Sikh leaders, Prime Minister Narendra Modi asked about their issues and in the next one, he would surely come up with solutions.
Condemning the Congress, Manjinder Singh Sirsa said that issues of the Sikh community have not been solved since 1947.
Deep Sidhu’s bhog ceremony would be conducted tomorrow, February 24.
All across Punjab, Deep Sidhu’s supporters are carrying out candle marches and paying condolences to Deep Sidhu. Even when his last rites were done, people from different parts of Punjab and Haryana visited Threeke village to pay obeisance to him.
Deep Sidhu died in a road accident at the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway. His white Scorpio hit a truck and Deep Sidhu was rushed to the hospital but he could not survive.
