A seminar on explaining the intricacies of Input Tax Credit under GST & Reassessment procedures u/s 148 read with 148A of Income Tax Act was organized by the Ludhiana Branch of Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India at Park Plaza, Ludhiana.
CA Atul Kumar Gupta, Past President of ICAI & CA Nitin Kanwar (Past member of NIRC of ICAI) addressed the attendees on this occasion.
CA Atul Kumar Gupta delivered the session topic on “Intricacies of Input Tax Credit under Goods & Services Tax” and delivered the session with several case studies. Those attending the seminar clarified their queries during the interactive session.
Secretary CA Mohit Wasan also addressed the audience present and CA Vikas Kwatra gave the welcome speech. He also discussed the perspective initiatives to be taken by Ludhiana Branch for the members.
The event was attended by a significant number of members from the Institute from Ludhiana, Moga, Khanna, Mandi Gobindgarh, Jalandhar and surrounding areas.

Subash Bansal, LUCASA Chairman CA Aveen Gupta, and Executive Member CA Rakesh Grover were also present.
The seminar was concluded with votes of thanks from Ludhiana Branch Vice Chairman CA Vasu Aggarwal who thanked the Guest Speakers for sparing their valuable time in interacting with the Chartered Accountants and the audience for making Seminar an interactive one.
