Dr. SP Sing has been appointed as the new Civil Surgeon of Ludhiana. On Tuesday, October 12, he assumed his office.
Earlier, Dr. Kiran Ahluwalia was handling the operations. She retired from her post on September 30 after which Dr. SP Singh was appointed.
Sharing information with the media after assuming office, Dr. SP Singh said that all possible efforts would be made to achieve the set targets of all the health-related programs.
He had earlier served as District Family Welfare Officer, Ludhiana and was later promoted as Civil Surgeon in Malerkotla and Fatehgarh Sahib. Now, he has assumed charge in Ludhiana.
