A burqa-clad woman in Kashmir’s Sopore area was caught on camera while she was throwing a bomb on a CRPF personnel. The incident reportedly happened on March 29 in the Sopore town of Baramulla district.
The woman can be seen throwing the bomb in the middle of the road toward a CRPF personnel. She brought it out of her bag, threw it on the security personnel, and then ran away.
IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar reportedly informed that the burqa-clad woman was identified and then would be arrested soon. A policeman and a CRPF personnel were reportedly injured in the attack.
As per the reports, the nearby area was immediately cordoned off and the police teams immediately conducted search operations to catch the woman.
