A team of police officials busted a high-profile prostitution racket near Indira Gandhi International Airport on Monday, March 28.
According to the reports, as many as three people have been arrested, including a girl. The IGI police team received information about an illegal prostitution racket running in the vicinity of the Airport.
Special Police teams were formed to conduct raids near the Aerocity area. The police teams reportedly arrested the broker named Naveen red-handed when he reached a hotel to drop off a woman who was involved in the racket.
The police caught Naveen, the accused broker outside the hotel and apprehended the woman inside the hotel. The police had received a tip-off from a secret informer about the racket. Even a call was made to the broker through the informer. A room was booked in the hotel, from where Naveen was caught red-handed.
In the investigation, the police reportedly found that the accused Naveen along with his friend Riyash Siddiqui was running a high-profile prostitution racket. They were operating it from a hotel n Sector 45 Gurgaon. The hotel was taken on lease.
Under sections 4, 5 of the Immoral Trafficking and Prevention Act (ITP) of the IPC, an FIR has been registered against the accused.
