NHAI to increase toll-tax in Ludhiana | Check new rates

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has revised the rate of toll tax from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.

The common public will now have to pay toll tax at an increased rate from April 1 at 11 toll plazas on various national highways passing through Punjab.

In Ludhiana also, a hike will be witnessed at several toll plazas. The tax collection at Chowkiman toll plaza on Ludhiana-Jagraon road, Ludhiana South City-Ladowal bypass toll plaza will increase. Other than that, prices will increase at five toll plazas on the Bathinda-Chandigarh route, three on the Bathinda-Amritsar route and one on the Bathinda-Malot route.

New rates at Chowkimann Toll Plaza

Car, Jeep, Van, LMV- Rs. 55 (Single), Rs. 80 (Return), Rs. 1770 for a monthly pass

Light Commercial Vehicle- Rs. 85 (Single), Rs. 130 (Return), Rs. 2860 for a monthly pass

Bus, Truck, 2XL- Rs. 180 (Single), Rs. 270 (Return), Rs. 2860 for a monthly pass

3XL commercial vehicle- Rs. 195 (Single), Rs. 295 (Return), Rs. 6535 for a monthly pass

New rates at Ludhiana South City- Ladowal Toll Plaza

Car, Jeep, Van, LMV- Rs. 35 (Single), Rs. 55 (Return), Rs. 1235 for a monthly pass

Light Commercial Vehicle- Rs. 60 (Single), Rs. 90 (Return), Rs. 2000 for a monthly pass

Bus, Truck, 2XL- Rs. 125 (Single), Rs. 190 (Return), Rs. 4185 for a monthly pass

3XL commercial vehicle- Rs. 135 (Single), Rs. 205 (Return), Rs. 4565 for a monthly pass
