Ahead of the Assembly Polls 2022, former Chief Minister of Punjab Captain Amarinder Singh will form a new political party.
Addressing the press conference on Wednesday, he confirmed that his new political party will enter a seat-sharing arrangement with BJP. He also said that he was not open to an alliance with the Shiromani Akali Dal.
Captain Amarinder Singh also said that the name of the party has not been decided yet. Amarinder Singh informed that he had made a request to the Election Commission for the symbol and the name.
He once again stressed on the issue of drones entering India from Pakistan. He said that he was not an alarmist but he knew something was happening.
