The death toll due to coronavirus is continuously increasing in Ludhiana. Today, 11 deaths have been reported due to coronavirus. Of those, 8 people are from Ludhiana and 1 each belonged to Barnala, Kapurthala and Jalandhar.
A 17-year-old male resident near Chand Cinema Road, was admitted to DMC Hospital Ludhiana.
Other than him, a 70-year-old female resident of Kot Mangal Singh (Civil Hospital), 57-year-old resident of Bindra Colony (DMC Hospital), 68-year-old male resident of Burj Hari Singh, (Raghunath Hospital), 52-year-old male resident of Giaspura (Deepak Hospital), 75-year-old male resident of Model Gram (DMC Hospital), 45-year-old Dhandari Kalan (Deep Hospital), and a 70-year-old male resident of Dhandra Road (MohanDai Hospital), lost life due to coronavirus in Ludhiana.
2178 people from Ludhiana have lost their lives to coronavirus.
On Sunday, 936 people tested positive for coronavirus in Ludhiana. Of those, 836 belonged to Ludhiana and 96 belonged to other districts and states.

The number of active coronavirus cases in Ludhiana is decreasing. Currently, there are 7368 active coronavirus cases in Ludhiana and 7136 are home isolated.
