Union Minister VK Singh has reportedly informed that another Indian student stranded in Ukraine has been shot. According to the reports, the incident happened in Ukraine’s capital Kyiv.
VK Singh reportedly told ANI, “A student in Kyiv was reported to have been shot. He was immediately rushed to the hospital.”
It is not the first case in war-hit Ukraine that an Indian has been attacked. A few days ago, a medical student from Karnataka’s Haveri district lost his life in bomb shelling carried out by the Russian troops in Kharkiv. V
K Singh also reportedly said that the Indian students had been clearly advised to leave Kyiv as soon as possible by any means. He said, “In a war, a missile or a bullet does not see anyone’s nationality or religion.”
