Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi has taken responsibility for killing the famous Kabaddi player Sandeep Nangal. On Tuesday, Sandeep Nangal was shot dead during a Kabaddi tournament in Malian village.
Who is Lawrence Bishnoi?
Lawrence Bishnoi is the leader of the Student Organization Punjab University (SOPU) and a famous gangster in Punjab. In the year 2018, Lawrence Bishnoi came into limelight. He comes from the Bishnoi community, where blackbucks are considered sacred.
He reportedly gave death threats to Salman Khan ahead of the hearing of the 1998 blackbuck poaching case. Lawrence’s men were also caught by the police near Salman Khan’s residence.
For a long period of time, Lawrence has been a gangster. The first FIR against him was of an attempt to murder. In the year 2011, a case of robbery was also filed against Lawrence Bishnoi. Lawrence’s Group has taken responsibility for Sandeep Nangal’s death. In a social media post, the group wrote:
“Yesterday, we sent Sandeep Nangal Ambian to hell and his fault was that he cheated our group. He got his work done and then went abroad. We have killed him because it was necessary.”
