A video of Air India’s poor service has been shared by a passenger on Wednesday, October 13. In the video, the passengers were sharing their bad experience with Air India as they did not receive their luggage even after two hours of a long wait.
A live video was shared on Facebook by a passenger named Amarpreet Singh. In the video, the passengers were seen frustrated as they did not receive their luggage. Because of that, some missed their connecting flights and some missed their trains. One passenger complained that his taxi driver was fined outside the airport as he had to wait for so long.
Also, only one employee was seen in the video for the passengers’ redressal on the Air India counter. Even she seemed busy over a phone call. She even asked the passenger to stop making the video. The other employee did not bother to listen to the passengers and went away.
Amarpreet Singh informed, “I was travelling from Pune to Delhi in the flight AI 850. Firstly, the departure was a bit late. It was a fully packed flight with around 200 passengers. The landing was scheduled at Terminal 3 but later, we landed at Terminal 2.”
Further, he said, “I, along with some of my co-passengers had to wait for our luggage for more than two hours. The passengers from other flights who landed after us also received their luggage but we did not. Even the information on the displays near luggage belts was not updated. It was complete chaos.”
Amarpreet also informed that mostly the passengers who travelled from Air India, especially flight AI 850, were facing the issues. “Several passengers were asking for their luggage again and again but the Air India team did not respond well,” Amarpreet said.
